Wimbledon & District Weekend League - Rule Change

At the recent W&D AGM it was agreed to change the arrangements for when teams are short-handed, i.e. when a Triple needs to play against a Rink.

In future the Triple shall only play with two woods per player with the number two in the Rink bowling unopposed, i.e. a total of six bowls against eight. As a result, the 25% reduction rule will no longer apply.

In the rare case of two Triples needing to play each other, all players shall bowl three woods each.
